Simon Harris, a familiar and loved face in the AV industry has been with Green Hippo for over eight years. First joining as part of the sales team in a company of six, Simon quickly took on the role of head of training, being at the forefront of world class training. Teaching the award-winning software worldwide, Simon has gained an incredible reputation, inspiring AV individuals, technicians, students, and enthusiasts alike with the skills to programme a show. Simon and the HippoSchool team have visited 38 countries worldwide across 5 continents, training over 2000 students, freelancers, and professionals from ages 14 up to 70. Simon is also Green Hippo’s user experience manager, managing the interaction between users and the products and with his vast technical knowledge bridging the gap between end-users and development.
