With a 30-year history at the Walt Disney Company in Attractions and Entertainment, Fred currently leads a highly skilled team that focuses on documentation. The Standards & Sustainment team partners to create Technical and Business Standards, Operating Guides and Training Tools that help to ensure a consistent and high level of quality and safety for entertainment within the Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. Working with the ESTA Technical Standards Council provides a greater understanding of the industry efforts as a whole and helps both sides in working for a better production. Fred has an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School at Rollins College, is a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE), and the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS).
